For researchers

Your record, complete — without the busywork.

Your publications, projects, and funding stay complete and correct, so you are ready for any report, profile, or application without the data-entry grind.

You publish, you apply for grants, you get evaluated — and every one of those moments asks you to re-enter the same information about your own work. Stellacris ends that. It keeps a single, accurate record of your publications, projects, datasets, and funding, connected to your ORCID and your institution, so the answer is ready before the question is asked.

You stay in control of what is public and what is not. You confirm what is yours, correct anything that is off, and everything downstream — your profile, your reports, your next application — draws from the same trusted record. No spreadsheets, no duplicate forms, no chasing PDFs the night before a deadline.

In practice

Everything about your work, in one profile

A single researcher view that shows what you have produced, who you produced it with, and where the funding came from — kept current with minimal effort on your part.

  • A complete list of your publications, datasets, and software, each with its DOI and open-access status.
  • Your projects and grants, with roles, dates, budgets, and the outputs they produced.
  • Co-authors and collaborators resolved through persistent identifiers (ORCID, ROR), not guesswork on names.
  • One-click ORCID connection, so your institutional record and your ORCID profile stay aligned.
  • Suggested matches for new outputs from trusted public sources — you review and confirm, nothing is added behind your back.
  • Export-ready CVs and publication lists for reports, evaluations, and applications.
Common questions

Questions, answered

Do I have to enter everything by hand?

No. Your research office maintains the authoritative record, and Stellacris proposes matches for new outputs from trusted public sources. You confirm what is yours and correct anything that is wrong — the system does the fetching, you keep the final say.

Will my ORCID stay in sync?

Yes. You connect your ORCID once, and your institutional record and ORCID profile are kept aligned. If your institution holds an ORCID Member API subscription, confirmed outputs can also be pushed to your ORCID record.

Who can see my profile?

You and your research office always see the full record. The public discovery view shows only what your institution chooses to publish; confidential fields stay private. You are never exposed without your institution deciding so.
